It's time for one of the world's most famous cuisines to take center stage at another gastronomic festival at Clementina Bar e Ristoranti. Thus, in the month celebrating Valentine's Day, the 'French Cuisine Festival by chef Tyales Veiga' takes place, brimming with delicious French dishes, and the Center Convention is also present at this edition.
This gastronomic experience takes place from June 9th to 18th, a period chosen to allow couples to celebrate Valentine's Day, which is celebrated on the 12th, while enjoying the festival. As in previous editions, the public will be able to savor a complete menu with appetizer, main course, and dessert.

At the Clementine Festival, lovers of fine cuisine will have two appetizer options, three main course options, and two dessert options. To please different tastes, the dishes feature fish, prime cuts of meat, a selection of vegetables, and expertly prepared sauces. Check out the full menu:

Terrine de Saumon: A delicious and refreshing terrine of smoked salmon with garden greens and raifort sauce.
La Betterave: A great option for vegetarians, the second course is a beetroot and Fuji apple tartare, with sprouted leaves and herbs, accompanied by a Dijon mustard sorbet.
Main course options
Pavé de Saumon Grillé Au Sauce Beurre Blanc et Jardin de Légumes: Without a doubt, a delicious, refined, and delicate dish. Composed of baked salmon fillet, served with a smooth sauce. beurre blanc and accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
Duck Confit with Orange: The dish features one of the most commonly used meats in French cuisine: duck confit served over a creamy butternut squash purée and orange sauce.
Filet Mignons and Brie Fondant: Finally, the last main course option is a grilled filet mignon with baked apple slices, accompanied by... Brie fondant and drizzled with port wine sauce.
Finally, dessert.
Crème BrûléeOne of the most famous desserts in France and the world. It's delicious because it's light, has a touch of vanilla, and has a tempting crispy crust on top. To elaborate further, it's a dessert made with cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla, with a crust of caramelized sugar achieved with a blowtorch.
Religious: Choux au Craquelin – a cream puff covered with a crispy pastry – filled with dark chocolate mousse with fleur de sel and raspberry.
