This February we hosted the Supper Partner event. Logistics Support – a logistics operator that works with warehousing and distribution of cargo throughout the country. And just like at other events, we can learn different positive aspects that can even serve as inspiration.

Now, speaking about the Supper Partner event, in general it was a gathering that took place at Espaço Clementina with two parts: a lecture and a cocktail party to foster networking and strengthen connections among the participants. 

To ensure that this movement and conversation could happen, the event was structured in a dynamic format, with space for circulation, bistro tables, sofas, and more. In addition, the ambiance featured the brand's colors to highlight the feeling of belonging.

What did we learn from the meeting?

The name of the event and setting: highlighting the brand.

First, let's talk about something we've mentioned a few times here on the blog. When it comes to a corporate event – whether for employees or the general public – working on brand identity, message, principles, and values is fundamental. 

This applies both to the content that will be "disclosed" at the event and to the decoration. For example, at Supper Parceiro, the event's name is reminiscent of the brand name, which is also spelled with two Ps. In this way, upon receiving the invitation, guests can already make the connection between the event and the company.

Furthermore, Clementine Space It received an ambiance that included a backdrop, lighting, and other elements that also highlighted the brand. 

The importance of strengthening connections with partners.

Connection, networking, and partnership were the predominant themes of the event, and the importance of fostering opportunities for this is certainly something we learned and took note of.

We know that in today's dynamic world, strengthening partnerships is essential for the success of any collaborative venture or project. Therefore, moments that provide opportunities to build trust, align objectives and strategies, resolve conflicts, and promote effective communication between the parties involved are crucial. 

Furthermore, strengthening partnerships can open doors to new business opportunities, future collaborations, and mutual growth. Therefore, we emphasize: investing time and resources in cultivating solid relationships is fundamental to sustaining and expanding the positive impact of partnerships in the long term.

Make the event dynamic and conducive to networking.

Finally, one last point about what we learned from Supper Partner: for this networking to be effective, the event structure needs to be conducive to it. For example, assigned tables or an "auditorium format" may not be good choices. They can be present at the event, but it's necessary to go further. 

Therefore, dynamics, circulation space, relaxed environments, and other elements are fundamental to encouraging partners to talk to each other, exchange information, and consolidate partnerships.
