Clementina Bar e Ristoranti, open daily from 5 pm and located in the Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping Hotel, features Brazilian cuisine in another festival, taking place from September 6th to 22nd.
In this special edition, in honor of Brazil's Independence, Clementina celebrates the freedom and creativity of Brazilian cuisine. There are two appetizers, three main courses, and two desserts created by our food and beverage team for the festival.
“My inspiration for creating this gastronomic season came from the richness and diversity of Brazilian flavors, which are both traditional and innovative. Each dish was designed to provide a unique sensory experience, harmonizing emblematic ingredients of our culture with contemporary techniques. I hope that each dish this season will be a journey through the flavors of Brazil, celebrating our identity and our ability to reinvent what is ours,” explains chef Rafael Oliveira.
