The FORÇA Forum is an essential event for public administrators in Uberlândia and the surrounding region. Truly unique, the event is dedicated to boosting public administration in the region and promoting the professional development of municipal leaders.

Designed for mayors, first ladies, city councilors, future secretaries, and advisors, the event will take place on December 2nd in Uberlândia and expects to receive around 250 participants, including elected leaders and their teams.

Location: Espaço Clementina and Salas Sarah Kubitschek, our spaces attached to the Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping (Rua da Bandeira, 400).

2 PM to 4:30 PM Opening with an interview of federal deputy Zé Vitor with Tarcísio de Freitas + Presentations in the Thematic Rooms

• Mayors' Room: “"And Now, Mayors? The Future of Municipal Management"” Presentations on practical solutions in essential areas such as health, education, infrastructure, and marketing.
• First Lady's Room: “"Women Who Inspire"” Panels on the strategic role of first ladies, political communication, and innovative social projects.
• Council Chamber: “"Legislature in Action"” – Panels addressing Legislative Schools, Parliamentary Fronts, and impactful initiatives.
• Future Secretaries' Room: “"Public Executives: The New Era of Municipal Secretaries"” Lectures on public governance, legal and accounting solutions, and the importance of strategic planning.

4:30 PM to 5:30 PM Closing lecture on regional development and conclusion of the event.
