Following the success of the first edition, the Risotto Festival is back with a new and irresistible season of flavors! Until August 26th, Clementina Bar e Ristoranti is hosting this gastronomic experience, inviting the public to embark on a delicious journey through Italian cuisine, enriched with a touch of Minas Gerais and the creativity of chef Rafa Oliver.

Over three weeks, customers will be able to savor seven exclusive recipes that combine Italian tradition and Minas Gerais regionalism. The dishes are served à la carte, with prices starting from R$ 60 — a perfect opportunity to warm up the winter with sophistication.

This edition, as in other seasons, also features the special curation of the Center Convention's food and beverage team, which composes the festival's menu.

Inspired by Italian culinary traditions and with creative touches that highlight regional ingredients, the Risotto Festival presents seven exclusive versions of the dish. Each recipe has been carefully crafted to surprise the palate, offering classic and original combinations that promise to transform your dinner into a true gastronomic experience.

  • Risotto all'Ossobuco – A classic Milanese dish with Canastra cheese, turmeric, and a Brazilian-style gremolata.
  • Truffled filet mignon with cheese risotto and Malbec reduction – Filet mignon with white truffle oil over creamy risotto, finished with a Malbec reduction.
  • Risotto al Polpo and Zeste di Limone – Sicilian lemon risotto with grilled octopus tentacle in smoked paprika olive oil.
  • Risotto alla Barbabietola and Gorgonzola Creamy beetroot risotto combined with gorgonzola cheese for an explosion of flavor and color.
  • Risotto Cacio e Pepe – A classic Italian dish that highlights Parmesan cheese and black pepper, finished with basil leaves.
