At Center Convention, we receive many vendors from outside the area who face the challenge of transforming the space to accommodate their event according to the project specifications. To understand what they consider essential for the space and what they can find here, we listened to some of their testimonials.

What does the supplier who comes from abroad to work here say?
As usual, dozens of events are held at the Center Convention every month, with the participation of various suppliers. Those from Uberlândia are already quite used to working in these spaces, so we spoke with two from Ribeirão Preto and Belo Horizonte to find out what they highlight about the working conditions here.
Making her debut at the Center Convention, but with a long and successful track record in various events, the event decorator and floral artist, Luiza Fiorito, She came from Belo Horizonte to throw a 15th birthday party. She graduated from... Flower Academy (England), she gets to know different spaces and makes an assessment of what she found in order to transform the designed project into the realization of a dream.
“I loved the structure here, and working here was very easy and welcoming too. The Center Convention's structure stands out even in the backstage area, which has a loading dock that allows for unloading with elevators, an easily accessible environment, setup, schedules, in short, all of that made a big difference,” highlighted the decorator.
Ease and speed to transform
The transformation of what was planned over months, through a project, into a short period of time also influences the specialist's vision. “We have to turn everything into reality in a short timeframe. It's one day to materialize all the points we planned, and if the event location isn't favorable, things don't work, making life difficult for everyone involved. Here, I found the structure and service offered sensational; you just have to contact the person in charge and you get what you need. There are few places where we have this kind of access,” points out Luiza Fiorito.
To conclude this analysis, the versatility of the space came into play. “The choice of location greatly impacts the project. Here we can transform the space. You can change the 100% hall. Today I can decorate here with the design from this 15th birthday party, but tomorrow if I change everything it can become a different 100% party in the same place. There are places that look the same and we have to build walls and structures to change them. That's not the case here. Some people say the space is a gray box, but that's great, because it's a complete, ready-made structure; then we come in with the decoration to transform it into whatever we want,” he concluded.

Energy, infrastructure and working conditions
While the Center Convention space was something new to work with for the interior decorator from Belo Horizonte, businesswoman Camila Riberto Ramos, from Multisolutions Events, From Ribeirão Preto, she already has experience in various events at the Center Convention, including weddings, 15th birthday parties, and corporate events. Focusing on the technological solutions she provides to clients, the first point addressed is what is needed in an event venue.
“The structure that the space provides is the most important thing, considering the safety and peace of mind of the work. For example, the heart of the event is the energy, so we need stable, reliable energy, and a space that offers that. We need support points, because nowadays there are many things hanging overhead. A well-maintained space makes us even more careful and deliver a better service. It's a set of needs, and with the party over, nobody has any idea of all the things we had to consider,” he emphasizes.
A new space!
Based on her experience working in the field, Camila Riberto's analysis of what to expect at the Center Convention takes into account the recent changes implemented this year, with the extensive restructuring.
“A lot has changed here; when I came back I didn’t even know how to get in anymore. It’s become very beautiful, much better, and with more work infrastructure. In terms of investment in the space, they deserve praise, offering even better conditions for us to realize our dreams here,” concludes Camila Riberto.
