Meet the Robot Butler
Imagine being in a hotel, ordering room service, and a friendly robot leaving the restaurant and arriving at your room with your order, completely autonomously and charming you with its approach. That's how the robot works!
Furthermore, it's worth highlighting that it provides an intelligent interface for mobility, elevator access, and communication with clients for the delivery of meals, drinks, and other amenities, all in an autonomous manner.
The robot joins the hotel's team of 250 employees, which receives around 80,000 guests a year in its 269 apartments and event rooms, and stands out for the quality of its services, as explained by Eli Glaucio Schettini Junior, CEO of EPS Empreendimentos, the hotel's owner and manager:

How does the robot work?
But how does the robot actually work? The operation is quite simple! The guest accesses menu information via a QR code and orders what they want. The order is then delivered to the robot, which leaves its base on its own and roams the hotel, opening doors and elevators using sensors, until it reaches the room.
Then, upon arriving at the room, the robot butler calls the extension that requested the service and provides a code, indicating that it is at the door. The person then simply enters the code, and the robot opens the compartment to retrieve the requested item.
In addition to its fast and helpful delivery, the robot interacts kindly with the people it encounters along the way, informing them of its actions as it moves to make deliveries. It also interacts politely with guests during the delivery of products to their apartments.
Robot Butler brings even more convenience and innovation to guests.
As mentioned at the beginning of the text, guests who come to Uberlândia to participate in events at the Center Convention seek practicality, exclusivity, and convenience, for example, when staying at the Mercure Hotel. Furthermore, the Center Convention itself also features several innovations and technologies that allow for a superior experience for the public, such as the ventilation and acoustics system, raised flooring, modular rooms, and more.
