Nowadays, the gastronomic experience is emerging as a powerful trend in events, transforming meetings and celebrations into memorable moments. After all, good food that is flavorful and tantalizing pleases everyone, doesn't it?

Gastronomy at events is gaining increasing importance and expanding in format, bringing new ideas and curiosities and becoming a crucial component of the guest experience.

Now, let's talk a little about the impact of a good gastronomic experience at events, and also about the Spanish Cuisine Festival at Clementina Bar e Ristoranti, where the Center Convention's food and beverage team is present. Keep reading and check it out!

Why is the gastronomic experience so important at events?

First of all, it's worth highlighting that gastronomy transcends basic nutrition; it's an artistic expression that awakens the senses, creates lasting memories, and carries the history of cultures. For example, French, Brazilian, Japanese, and many other cuisines.

This strength is reflected even in the market. According to the Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants (Abrasel), the gastronomy market has grown 10% in the last five years.. And this is also evident at events, as people are increasingly choosing to invest in a good menu and food and beverage team.

Furthermore, at events, the careful selection of dishes and creative presentation not only satisfy the appetite but also elevate the atmosphere, promoting social interaction and ensuring that each participant discovers new dishes, spices, and foods.

Gastronomic experiences are gaining new models at events.

As a good gastronomic experience becomes increasingly established as a trend, the market has adapted and now offers various formats. We've already talked about this on the blog. vegan menus, finger foods, baking and many others.

Furthermore, there has also been a growth in ways to create positive experiences through menu presentation, with interactive displays, apps, and more. However, now let's talk about another trend: the different cuisines.

Another strong trend is to focus on a menu model that features a specific cuisine. There are hosts who enjoy Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean, or other types of food, so why not create an island or space dedicated to dishes from a particular culinary tradition? This is a strong trend and worth pursuing.

Spanish Cuisine Festival bets on gastronomic experience to win over the public.

The Spanish Cuisine Festival at Clementina Bar e Ristoranti is a great example of a gastronomic experience. With the aim of introducing the public to other cuisines, ingredients, and typical dishes, Clementina Bar e Ristoranti, which, like the Center Convention, is part of the Center Shopping Complex, promotes the festival.

The festival takes place from November 17th to 26th and follows the familiar format: appetizer, main course, and dessert, all available for purchase for R$$140.  To take advantage of this, prior reservation is required through... clementinabareristoranti.com.br.
